From the moment I checked in, the whole atmosphere was relaxed, helpful and welcoming. The room was spotless and well kitted out. The view was spectacular and block blinds were excellent for night time. Bed was extremely comfortable and bed linen had a soft silky feel. Loved the bathroom, spacious, bright, clean and the toiletries provided were top quality. Breakfast choice was plentiful and service was with a smile. Perfect location and 0verall, it was a wonderful experience. I was just sorry I had to leave after one night. Definitely will recommend this hotel and certainly on my list for a return visit!

Absolutely great place to stay! The view, staff, breakfast and dinner! Pool with view. Clean. Free water bottle every day. We got free early check in. Bathtub with great view to the city and sea. Every single staff personal was so friendly, smiling and helping. We had small problem, our refrigerator/minibar was warm. After i called, 5 min and maintenance man came with new one. So they fix problems right away!

Room 2503 has a perfect view and with the auto open and close cutrains , there was absolutely no struggle. Ideal rooms for a couple .gentle and noise free . Love the bar and the lifts are fast and gives us advance signs. Location on Sheikh Zayed road is rpime.
